I can’t log in, as it won’t accept my email address

If your email has special characters or symbols, this might be the reason your email address isn't being accepted.

Our system recognises the standard 26-letter English alphabet (A-Z), numbers (0-9), dots (.), dashes (-) and apostrophes (').

 
If you would like us to update your email address, please send a photo of your ID and the email address you’d like to change to. We ask to see your ID to verify your request.
