You can download the ClearScore mobile app from the App Store and GooglePlay Store.
- Clear your cache and cookies and refresh or close your browsers

- Reset your password
To reset your password, enter your ClearScore email address and we’ll send a reset email. More information see our FAQ.
- Check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folders
You may need to add noreply@clearscore.com to your contacts or 'safe list', as sometimes these emails are blocked by your email provider or desktop application.
