Here are some tips if you can’t log in to your Clear Score app:
- Check to see that you’re using the most up to date version
You can update your ClearScore mobile app from the App Store and Google Play Store.
- You can use our desktop version on your device
By heading to our website via your browser (i.e. Google Chrome or Safari)
- Reset your password
You can do this via our website, simply enter your ClearScore email address and you’ll receive an email from us. More information see our FAQ.
- Check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folders
You may need to add noreply@clearscore.com to your contacts or 'safe list', as sometimes these emails are blocked by your email provider or desktop application.
We haven't optimised our ClearScore app for use on iPads or other tablets just yet.
