At ClearScore, we understand that anyone can, and may need some additional help. If you find yourself in this situation, we’re here to support you.
We aim to provide an inclusive service for all our users - regardless of their personal circumstances.
Getting Help if you need support
Sometimes it can be difficult to find the information you need to help you. Our FAQs have lots of articles and common queries to allow you to do some research in your own time.
If you can’t find what you're looking for in our FAQ’s, you can always select ‘Get in touch’ at the bottom of each page to get to our Help Centre - this is where we filter your query down to get to the right department.
Before you do this, make sure that your email is verified on the ClearScore site.
If you’d prefer another method of contact (for whatever reason), you can also reach us by:
Phone: 020 7582 8212
Our phone line goes straight to voicemail and is then transcribed to an email. If you struggle with emails, that's fine - just let us know and we can call you back.
Make sure to say:
Your full name (this is so we know who we’re talking to)
Your email address linked to your ClearScore account (so we can find your account)
Why you’re calling (this is so we can pinpoint the best person to talk to you)
How we can best help you.
If you need someone else to speak for you - please also let us know their name and their relationship with you.
If you are sending in documents, please make sure they are a copy only and are in colour.
