You can link or unlink your accounts at any time.
To link your account:
- Go to ‘My Account’.
- Under the ‘Bank accounts’ section, select ‘Link account’.
- Read the terms and conditions and privacy policy, and if you're happy give your consent.
- You’ll be redirected to your bank's website or app, where you’ll be asked to log in. You might be redirected to our security partner's site before this.
- Follow the steps to link your account on your bank's site or app. If on mobile, you'll then be redirected back to ClearScore when you're done. If you're on a desktop, you may need to go back to the tab where ClearScore is open.
- It might take a moment to sync as we gather your data, but you should now see the connection as linked on your 'Bank accounts' page.
To unlink your account:
- Go to ‘My Account’.
- Select ‘Bank Accounts’.
- Select ‘Unlink’ on the account you want to unlink.
To relink your account, you'll need to follow the steps for linking your account again.
