If you would like to download a copy of the data ClearScore holds on you, please head to the “My Account” section of the ClearScore website - available here.
You will need to log in through the ClearScore site on your desktop or laptop computer. Currently downloading your data on an iOS or Android device is not supported.
Once you are in the “My Account” section, look for the heading “Send me my data” and click on the “Request Data” button. This will send an email to your registered email address.
The email sent will have an attachment in a machine readable format called “JSON”. You will need to download the file to your computer first before attempting to open the file. The file can be opened using a text editor like “Note Pad” or “WordPad”.
Make sure that you check your junk email folder or add no-reply@clearscore.com to your list of accepted email contacts.
