Financial connections are people you share or have applied for joint credit with - for example, a partner on a mortgage or a flatmate on a joint bills account.
To view them:
1. Go to your Credit Report under Credit Health.
2. Scroll to Your Details.
3. Look for Financial Connections.
If you see an incorrect connection, raise a dispute with Equifax to have it reviewed.
