The Prize Draw. This prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is being promoted by ClearScore Technology Limited (“ClearScore”), a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 09221862 and whose registered office is at Vox Studios, VG 203, 1-45 Durham Street, London, SE11 5JH. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other terms published by ClearScore, these terms and conditions prevail. ClearScore reserves the right to refuse entry to the Prize Draw, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Prize Draw Period. This Prize Draw starts at 09:00 on 13 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 17 July 2026 at 23h59 (BST) (“Prize Draw Period”).

Eligibility. Entry to the Prize Draw is open to ClearScore users who:
- are permanent residents of the United Kingdom;
- be 18 years of age or older at the start of the Prize Draw Period;
- have a valid ClearScore account,
- are not operating any fraudulent ClearScore accounts,
(an “Eligible User”).
- Contractors, employees and/or workers of ClearScore or any of its affiliates, or their respective immediate family members, are not eligible to enter into this Prize Draw.
- ClearScore reserves the right to withhold the Prize or select an alternative winner if the original winner:
- fails to respond to the prize notification within 5 working days,
- does not meet eligibility criteria, or
- fails to provide accurate bank details.

Entry Procedure. The Prize Draw is accessible via promotional email, push notification, or by logging in to the ClearScore app or website and seeing the in-app competition banner. To earn an entry, Eligible Users must complete the daily challenge outlined in the in-app competition banner. Logging in to the app or website without completing the daily challenge will not count as an entry. Users may earn one (1) entry per day for a maximum of five (5) entries across the Prize Draw Period. Users must complete the challenge for that day - entries cannot be backdated or carried forward. Any entry after the Prize Draw Period will not be valid for this Prize Draw.

Entry Notification. Eligible Users who have successfully entered will be notified via email, subject to these terms and technical availability. If you believe you are eligible for entry to this prize draw and have not received an entry confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact Customer Support.

The Prize. The Prize consists of two (2) x £5,000, which will be paid directly into the Winner’s nominated UK bank account, subject to successful verification and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Each Eligible User may only win one of two (2) x £5,000.

Winner Notification. ClearScore will randomly select TWO winners (performed by a computer process) from all valid entries received from Eligible Users (as defined below) within two weeks of the end of the Prize Draw period. If you are a Winner, you will receive an email from ClearScore to the email address linked to your ClearScore account by 31 July 2026 (the “Winner Notification”). The Winner Notification will confirm that the participant has been selected as a potential Winner and will include instructions for prize acceptance and verification. To claim the Prize, you must respond directly to the email. If a Winner does not respond within 5 working days, and reasonable attempts have been made to contact them, that Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and ClearScore reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. This will continue until a Winner is established.

Prize Delivery. The Prize will be transferred to the Winner’s nominated UK bank account within 30 days following the Winner Notification & completing verification, subject to successful completion of all required verification steps. It is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure that the bank account details and personal information they provide are accurate and up to date. ClearScore will not be liable for any errors or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the Winner.

Tax. Any tax payable as a result of the Prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the Winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern.
- ClearScore shall have no responsibility for any errors (technical or human), any entries affected or invalidated by technical failures or malfunctions or for data corruption. ClearScore accepts no responsibility for any incomplete or illegible entries, or entries that fail to be validly and/or properly submitted.
- Personal data collected and managed in connection to this Prize Draw will be handled in accordance with ClearScore’s Privacy Policy and as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. If you win, we may ask for your consent to take part in publicity, such as publishing your information on the ClearScore website and/or app (Website).
- Each Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
- The surname and county of the Winner can be obtained by entrants after the closing date by emailing help@clearscore.com. If you, as a Winner, object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being made available to other entrants, please contact ClearScore by email at help@clearscore.com. In such circumstances, ClearScore must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- ClearScore reserves the right to amend, vary, cancel, or withdraw these terms and conditions or the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so.
- ClearScore’s decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. If any entrants to this Prize Draw wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England.
