To help you get the best personalised offers, we need certain information about you.
To make sure we have the most accurate data, we ask for you to fill out these following questions every 30 days:
- Employment status
- Residential status
- Current address
- How many people depend upon you financially
- Mortgage/rent amount
- Interest in cash withdrawals
If you’ve updated these questions within 30 days, you won’t be asked these questions until another 30 days have passed.
In the meantime, you should be able to update your income, residential status, employment status and current address in your section.
If you want to update your address and it’s not currently on your report or in your section, we’ll need to confirm your address with Equifax. Once Equifax have confirmed your address, it will automatically appear in your section.
If your address isn’t updated on your next report, please let us know your full address and when you moved, by selecting ‘Get in touch’ below.
If your address isn’t on the dropdown menu when you enter your postcode, we may need to add it to our database. Please see our FAQ for more information on how to do this.
