If you want to delete your account because you’re getting too many emails, you can unsubscribe from marketing emails instead (you’ll still get essential security and credit report alerts).
If you still want to delete your account, follow the steps below.
Delete your account:
1. Click the human icon in the top-right corner
2. Select Settings
3. Go to Privacy and Security
4. Select Delete account and follow the prompts
What happens when you delete your account
• Your ClearScore account is permanently deleted and can’t be recovered.
• If you return in future, you’ll need to create a new account.
• You’ll stop receiving marketing emails. (Essential emails stop once deletion is complete)
