How can I unsubscribe from emails?

You can unsubscribe from our optional emails at any time by:

Going to your 'My Account' section
Edit your 'communication' preferences, or
Press the unsubscribe button at the end of our emails (apart from core communication).

Some emails we send are considered 'core communications'. You'll receive these even when you've unsubscribed from all our emails:

An email letting you know your new report is ready
An email if we find a new breach on your email address(es) associated with the Protect service
Key company updates/news that affect our T&Cs
Security updates (e.g. if your account is showing some suspicious activity)
Updates whenever there’s a change to your credit report information or score

The emails you receive after unsubscribing to marketing will depend on the number of critical credit report updates.
