1. Tap the My Account icon (person silhouette). |
2. Go to Communication.
3. Toggle Email communication off.
Emails we’ll still send (core communications)
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we’ll continue to send essential emails, such as:
• Your monthly credit report is ready
• New breach found on an email address linked to your Protect service
• Important company updates that affect our Terms & Conditions
• Security alerts (e.g., unusual activity on your account)
• Critical changes to your credit report or score
Note: The number of essential emails you receive depends on how often there are critical updates to your credit report or account security.
