Verify your exact address format in the Royal Mail postcode finder. If it doesn't match or isn't listed, contact Royal Mail to add or update it.
2. Update your address with your bank, lenders, and local council
Ensure the format matches across all accounts. E.g., "Flat 2a Waverley Road" is not the same as "2a Waverley Road" so won't match.
3. Allow time for changes to reflect
After making sure address matches everywhere, allow up to 5 weeks for changes to appear on your credit report. If your address still doesn't show up after this time, please contact us for help.
