If the details you entered when you signed up for ClearScore don't match your financial information, we can’t show you your credit report and score.
If you've got credit history but you’re seeing a ‘?’ – you can try the following:
1. Delete your ClearScore account
2. Sign up again on our homepage, using your name and address as it appears on all your financial accounts.
