Nationwide has recently changed how their accounts are shown with Equifax (our data providers), with the aim to reduce the risk of fraud. And because of this, it’s considered new information - which is why you’ll have received an alert even if it’s an old account.
When your report updates, you’ll be able to check your account details are the same - like your open date and payment history.
