Prize Draw Survey 12th - 26th June 2022 T&Cs

How does this work?

  1. This ClearScore survey prize draw (“the Prize Draw”) is available to ClearScore users who complete the ClearScore survey in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

  2. The survey will be held from the 12th June 2022 to the 26th June 2022. Any responses submitted after this date will not be considered for this Prize Draw. 

  3. If you complete the survey between the 12th June 2022 to the 26th June 2022, you don’t need to do anything further to be entered into the Prize Draw for a chance to win.

  4. The winner will receive an Amazon Voucher worth £100 (the “Prize”). ClearScore will directly transfer you the Prize by a digital voucher to your email address associated with your ClearScore account.

  5. We will randomly select a winner from among all eligible entries within 1 week from the end of the survey. If you are the winner, you will receive an email from us to the email address linked to your ClearScore account by the 30th of June 2022.

 

Eligibility 

  1. In order to be eligible to be considered for this Prize Draw, you must:

  • be over the age of 18

  • hold a valid ClearScore account

  • not be a ClearScore employee, contractor or other staff member

  • not be a family member, agent, or in any way associated with a ClearScore employee, contractor or other staff member

  • have completed the survey before the end of the 26th June 2022.

 

The legal bit

  1. ClearScore is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under this Prize Draw.
  2. The prize referred to in clause 3 is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ClearScore reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  3. ClearScore reserves the right to amend, vary, or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this Prize Draw at any time upon reasonable notice. Communication of such amendment, variation or cancellation will be added to these terms.
  4. This Prize Draw will be governed by English Law and be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
