We update your offers regularly to show you the latest range of products in the market. When changes are made to your report, or a partner updates their lending criteria, this might result in changes to your available offers.
It's possible that an offer you had your eye on has now expired. By checking your offers regularly, you could see a new product that interests you, so it’s worth having another look.
It might also be the case that you've updated your personal details on ClearScore (i.e. your name, address, income etc.) or that some information is now out of date. This can have an impact on the products available to you, since we show you deals based on the information you have provided.
We want to make sure that you’re not applying for products that you’re unlikely to be approved for. This means that if you're no longer eligible for a particular product, we’ll stop showing it to you, or you might see it further down your offers list.
