We work with Equifax, our partner credit reference agency, to verify your identity and generate your credit report.
Here are some tips on how to successfully register:
- Check all your details, your name and address details must match exactly what is on your financial accounts and electoral roll.
- Don’t edit your address during sign up, if your address isn’t showing or is in the incorrect format, check out our FAQ.
- New to credit We might not be able to match you to a report if don’t have enough credit history. For more information check out this learn article.
- Your credit history is too old. After 6 years, lenders may stop sharing your data with credit reference agencies.
We’d suggest trying the following:
- Signing up again. If you have credit history and you can’t pull a report, you may need to delete your ClearScore account (via 'My Account’) and re-register.
- Double-check your details
- If you’ve had too many registration attempts, we’ll lock your account and you’ll need to wait 72 hours, before continuing again.
