To stop receiving notifications on the app regarding missed payments you can manually switch off notifications by logging in, going to ‘My Account’, then ‘Push Notifications’. You can then untick the box for ‘Report Updates’ notifications.
Once you open a missed payment screen or notification on the app, you will see the screen with a summary of your missed payments and there you can select the option ‘I’ve taken care of this’.
This means you won’t receive another notification about your missed payments until the next month, or until your next missed payment.
However, please note you won’t be made aware of any missed payments during this time, even if you miss more.
