To stop receiving notifications on the app regarding missed payments:
- Log in to your ClearScore account.
- Go to your ‘My Account' section.
- Select the option ‘Communication preferences' and then ‘Push notifications’.
- You can then untick the box for ‘Weekly credit report’ notifications.
- If you open a missed payment notification on the app, you’ll see a summary of your missed payments and there you can also select the option ‘I’ve taken care of this’.
- This means you won’t receive another notification about your missed payments until the next month, or until your next missed payment. However, please note you won’t be made aware of any missed payments during this time, even if you miss more.
