To unsubscribe from missed payment and upcoming changes emails:
- Log in to your ClearScore account.
- Go to your ‘My Account’ section.
- Select the option ‘Communication’. Here, you can choose which emails you’d like to receive from us.
- To stop receiving emails about missed payments and upcoming changes, untick the box for ‘Weekly report updates’.
Please note that you’ll no longer receive emails regarding any upcoming changes and missed payments on your report.
However, as per our terms and conditions, you’ll still receive one automated email per month when we generate your report. This is to notify you that your new report is ready to view.
