Desktop - To unsubscribe from missed payments emails, go to ’My Account' and then ‘Communication Preferences’. Here, you can choose which emails you’d like to receive from us.
To stop receiving emails about missed payments, untick the box for the option ‘Weekly report updates’.
iOS/Android-To unsubscribe from missed payments emails, log in to ClearScore and go to ‘My Account', then ‘Communications’. Select the option for ‘Emails’ and untick the box next to ‘Report Updates’.
Please note that you’ll no longer receive emails regarding ClearScore alerts and missed payments.
However, as per our , you’ll still receive one automated email per month when we generate your report. This is to notify you that your new report is ready to view.

Alternatively, when you open a missed payment email you will see the screen with a summary of your missed payments and there you can select the option ‘I’ve taken care of this’. This means you won’t receive another notification about your missed payments until the next month, or until your next missed payment.
However, please note you won’t be made aware of any missed payments during this time, even if you miss more.
