If you’ve received a notification from us saying you that you’ve missed a payment on one of your accounts, please note that we receive this information from Equifax (our data provider). This means we don’t have the power to alter the information on your credit report.
Your ‘Next Report’ tab will show any changes to your information as soon as we receive them from Equifax, under ‘Upcoming Changes’. These will be reflected on your ClearScore report when it is next updated, which happens once a month.
If you don’t recognise the notification, please contact the lender involved directly to find out more.
Once this missed payment is showing on your next credit report you can dispute this with Equifax here.
Please note, you’ll need to have verified your email address on ClearScore to raise a query with Equifax.
