You can link your bank account directly to ClearScore. This allows you to get a more up to date idea of your financial situation (as your credit report can be out of date) on your Affordability Report.
We receive the information on your credit report from our partner credit reference agency, Equifax. We get the latest data that Equifax has available weekly (or daily if you're a Protect Plus subscriber).
If some of your linked bank accounts aren't showing on your credit report, this could be because:
- Your bank or lender doesn't share their information with Equifax
- Equifax has made a mistake
If you think your account should be showing on your report, then you should get in touch with Equifax to dispute this information.
