Your credit report data is different from your ‘Linked Account’ data. The bank accounts that you link through ClearScore will not be added to your credit report (these are two separate entities).
Your ‘Linked Account’ data is something you can link to gain a better understanding of your immediate financial situation, and is provided to us by our Open Banking partner Experian.
Your credit report data is provided to us by Equifax, one of the three main credit reference agencies in the UK. They get your data from your various banks and lenders once a month.
Unfortunately, some banks and lenders don’t share their data with Equifax. If you think an account should be added to your credit report, you’ll need to dispute this with Equifax. You can do this here.
Please note, you need to have a verified email address to raise a query with Equifax. If you haven’t verified your email address with ClearScore, you’ll see a ‘Verify’ link next to your email address in the ‘My Account’ section.
