If your account is not updating, the first thing to do is to go to ‘My Account’ and scroll down to the ‘Linked Accounts’ section.
Here, you can view all of your linked accounts and see when they were linked, when they were last updated and when they need to be re-linked. For more information on re-linking your account, check out our FAQ here (It will link to all the about accounts).
To ensure the best possible experience, we might request your data in the background up to 4 times a day.
If your account is missing, your bank may not be currently supported. You can check out our list of supported banks here (it will link to supported accounts).
If your bank is supported but your account isn’t showing, you’ll need to contact your bank directly and ask them to share your data so you can link your account.
Please note that savings accounts are not included, so they’ll not show.
