ClearScore alerts are a series of regular updates provided to you, based on changes in your financial data. Your full credit report and score will continue to be updated once a month.
However, if there are any changes to your report, we’ll notify you either by email or push notification. If you would like more information on managing your communication preferences, please read our FAQ’s.
You’ll be able to view the details of the updates once you have logged in to your ClearScore account. These changes can be found in the ‘Overview’ section of your credit report, under the ‘Today’ tab. For more information on these updates have a quick read of our FAQ’s.
