ClearScore alerts are a series of regular updates provided to you, based on changes in your financial data. This data is provided to us by Equifax, who, in turn, receive their data from different banks/lenders/councils.
Although these alerts come throughout the month, please be aware that your full credit report and score will continue to be updated once a month - so you won't see these changes on your report until the new one is generated.
If there are any changes to your report, we’ll notify you either by email or push notification. If you'd like more information on managing your communication preferences, please read our FAQ’s.
You’ll be able to view the details of the updates once you have logged in to your ClearScore account. These changes can be found in the ‘Overview’ section of your credit report, under the ‘Today’ tab.
On our app you will be able to locate ClearScore alerts and upcoming changes by selecting 'Report', then selecting your 'Next Report' tab.
