This could be because you haven’t applied for new credit, or because you haven’t used any credit recently. We promise to update you if anything important is due to change on your credit report, such as a new credit account opened, missed payment or a new address.
If there are no changes showing, this might be because Equifax haven’t been informed yet and so neither have we. Sometimes providers might take a while to inform Equifax of any updates, which means Equifax are also delayed in telling us. If you're expecting a change in your report, keep an eye out for an alert from us.
