There’s something in my ‘Today’ tab that I don’t recognise The ‘Today’ tab outlines a list of important changes which will appear on your next credit report. These changes are provided to us by Equifax, our partner credit reference agency. If there’s something you don’t recognise in your ‘Today’ tab (e.g. a new credit agreement), it may be worth contacting the company highlighted to find out more information. If you believe there’s incorrect information showing, you can raise this as a dispute so that Equifax can look into this for you. If this is the case, please follow our disputes process and select, ‘Correct my credit report (Equifax)’ and then ‘I don’t recognise something in my ‘Today’ tab’. Please be aware that for a dispute to be processed and sent to Equifax, your email address will need to have been verified beforehand. If you haven't yet done so, you can verify your email address by logging in, going to 'My Account', and clicking on the 'Verify' link next to your email address.
