If you can't find your address on the drop-down menu, this might be because it's not on the Royal Mail database.
First, check that your address is showing on Royal Mail postcode finder: http://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode. If your address is there, please contact us via our ‘Ask a Question’ form and we'll look into getting it added to Equifax's database for you.
If you can't find it, contact Royal Mail directly so they can add it for you. This will help us to find your correct address so we can match you to a credit report.
If your address is showing in the drop-down menu, please select this option and don't edit the address any further as it can cause a mismatch.
