As you may be aware, all of the information on your credit report is provided to us by Equifax, including the addresses that we provide to our customers.
If you can't find your address on the drop-down menu, this might be because it's not on the Royal Mail database.
You'll need to check that your address is showing on Royal Mail postcode finder: http://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode
If you can't find it, it may be useful to contact the Royal Mail directly so they can add it for you. This will help us to find your correct address so we can match you to a credit report.
Please note: If you're trying to input an Armed Forces address, Equifax may struggle to match you to a credit report (as Royal Mail often don't list these addresses).
To be able to access your credit report and score from Equifax, it may be worth trying to input a private residential address if this is possible.
