We send different types of emails to our users:
Core Communications (e.g. the 'New Report' email, and any major news udpates)
There are some emails which are part of our 'core customer communications'. These cannot be opted out from (a bit like a statement from your bank). We try and keep these to a minimum.
Examples of these emails are:
- The 'New Report' email (outlining when your new report has been generated)
- Key company updates/news (e.g. the recent 'Experian acquisition' notice)
- Security updates
Other types of emails
Other emails that we send can be stopped or unsubscribed from. There are 6 types of these emails:
- Weekly reports updates/alerts
- Features & News
- Product Offers
- Coaching programmes
You can stop receiving these by editing your 'Communication preferences' by logging into ClearScore and visiting 'My Account'.
If you don't wish to receive the core customer communications, you'll need to delete your account which can also be done by visiting 'My Account'.
