We're aware of an issue where some ClearScore Users have received an incorrect alert from Indigo Michael about credit limit changes.
You’ll automatically receive an updated alert in your ClearScore account once the information has been corrected by Equifax (our data provider). This means you won’t need to raise any disputes or take further action.
It's also worth mentioning that Indigo Michael also trades as Tappily and Safetynets.
