Please ensure that you’ve changed your name on all your banks accounts, financial agreements and the electoral roll.
This may take 4-6 weeks to be updated and reflect on your credit report.
Unfortunately, right now we’re unable to change the name with which you were registered.
If the name on your ClearScore account is incorrect, you should be able to fix this by creating a new ClearScore account with a new email address.
If you create an account with your current name, this should allow you to access an accurate credit report.
Initially you won’t be able to access the new report (due to security measures preventing more than one credit report per user).
However, if you contact us once you’ve created this new account, we’ll look into this for you.
Just let us know your previous name, proof of identification and if possible, a proof of name change in your response.
