Unfortunately right now we're unable to change the name with which you were registered.
If the name on your ClearScore account is incorrect, you should be able to fix this by doing the following:
Would you mind creating a new ClearScore account with a new email address please?
If you create an account with your current name, this should allow you to access an accurate credit report.
Initially you won't be able to access the new report (due to security measures preventing more than one credit report per user).
However, if you contact us once you've created this new account, we will unlock this for you and you'll be able to access this.
