When you register for ClearScore, a search will be recorded on your report.
A search will also show up once a month with ClearScore’s name on it when your report is updated.
All of these searches from ClearScore are 'quotation' or 'personal' (soft) searches that are only seen by you and will not affect your credit score in any way. These searches will drop off your report after one year.
But I’m not a ClearScore user?
If a ClearScore search is showing on a credit report you’ve obtained from another credit reference agency, please contact us by selecting ‘Get in Touch’ below. Please provide us with your date of birth, address, your full name and any other names you may have used, and we’ll look into this for you.
