Your bank account and balances showing in your ClearScore accounts can differ to what you see from your bank.
Some of the reasons why they may differ include:
- Current balance is showing £0 - This doesn't mean that there's no money in your account, just that the overdraft on your current account is £0.
- Closed accounts showing as open - Your credit report is generated monthly and is a snapshot of your financial information on the date it was pulled, so your information can be 6 weeks out of date, you’ll need to wait for your next report.
