Coaching - what is it?
Coaching plans are a free, interactive way to improve your finances. From buying a car or a home to reducing your debt, the aim of each plan is to help you get closer to your goals in just 10 minutes. They’re informal and designed to be fun - our job isn’t to nag you about your money like your Mum.
Each plan is essentially an quick conversation with our very own Chatbot. You’ll start with a welcome chat, explaining your chosen topic and asking you some questions so that we can tailor the plan to your needs and interests.
You’ll then be given a personalised to-do list based on your conversation, with bite-size actions you can check off and track your progress towards your goal. The tasks we pick for you shouldn’t take long or be tricky, but have you headed in the right direction in a few minutes.
We’ll save your progress whenever you start a plan, so you can pick up where you left off if you don’t finish your chat. And we’re always adding to our list of plans, so check back every now and then and see if there’s anything new for you to try.
