Where your message goes
All files you attach when emailing us or uploaded via our help.clearscore.com forms are HTTPS and are encrypted with SSL/TLS during transit. They're are sent straight to a secure platform with highly controlled access.
These files are never held by a third-party unencrypted and they are only ever stored on ClearScore’s servers within the EU.
You can submit documents by going through our Chat located on the bottom right of this page. Just type 'submit document', complete the form, upload your document and submit.
