When you raise a dispute through our disputes process, if your email address has been verified and the form has been filled in correctly, this will be sent off to Equifax who will look into this information for you.
Shortly after raising a dispute, Equifax will soon contact you via email with the instructions on how you can log into your Equifax support account and track the progress your dispute.
This allows you to log in to a dispute portal, discuss the dispute with Equifax and learn about any final decisions they make.
Please note that it may take up to 28 days to come to a resolution, though the process is usually much faster than that.
